I'm David Page, founder of Page Building Co. and a second-generation builder with a passion for creating quality projects that stand the test of time.

Some of my earliest memories are of job sites and learning the value of hard work from my father, who spent more than 40 years as a builder and craftsman in Little Rock, Arkansas. Watching him build a reputation for quality workmanship and integrity gave me a deep appreciation for the construction industry and the lasting impact of doing things the right way.

While I always knew construction would be part of my life, I also wanted to develop a strong technical foundation, which led me to pursue a degree in engineering. After graduating, I spent several years working as a civil engineer, designing and managing roadway and aviation projects. That experience taught me the importance of planning, precision, and solving complex problems.

Over time, I realized that what I enjoyed most wasn't simply creating plans—it was seeing those plans become reality. The satisfaction of taking a project from an idea to a finished product ultimately led me back to the construction industry, where I could combine my engineering background with the hands-on building experience I grew up with.

Today, I am both a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Licensed Contractor, giving me a unique perspective that bridges design and construction. I understand the technical aspects of a project as well as the practical realities of building it, allowing me to guide projects with confidence from concept to completion.

At Page Building Co., I believe that successful projects are built through honest communication, careful planning, and a commitment to quality. Whether it's a custom home, renovation, addition, or specialty building project, my goal is to provide a building experience that clients can trust and a finished product they can be proud of.

My faith in Jesus Christ is central to who I am and shapes the way I approach both life and business. I believe every project is ultimately about serving people well, stewarding opportunities responsibly, and building relationships that last. Those values guide the way I communicate, the way I treat others, and the standard of excellence I strive to bring to every project.

Outside of work, I love making memories with my wife and our two children. You will typically find us enjoying the great outdoors—riding bikes, playing just about any kind of ball, spending time on the water, or heading to the beach whenever we get the chance. Those moments together are some of life's greatest blessings.
